This stunning sculpture is hand-carved from a single piece of SPRINGSTONE by 3rd Generation SHONA artist GIFT SEDA.
Born in 1981, he is the younger brother of Edson and Sample. He became interested in sculpting at the tender age of 8 when he used to help his brothers with their sculptures. He is married with two children and lives in the Tengenenge Art Community.
The unwaxed edges contrast beautifully with the highly polished waxed surfaces, creating a most pleasing effect.
